FOUNDER OF NOVEXUS
NOVEXUS was founded in 1999 by Christer Bergman, a Swedish citizen who has been living in Virginia since 1997. Bergman has worked in the Information Technology industry for more than 20 years and has held managerial and executive positions in leading Fortune 500 companies.

An international executive with a proven track record in business expansion, Bergman specializes in general management, partnership building, and creating a customer-oriented corporate culture. Since 1989, Bergman has held positions as Managing Director, President, and CEO in both public and private companies in Sweden and the United States in the Information Technology and Security industries.

Since 2000, Bergman has been an industry expert in the field of Biometrics. In 2001-2006, Bergman was President and CEO of Precise Biometrics AB (publ.), an innovative security company that supplies world-leading systems for fingerprint and smart card-based authentication. Focusing his efforts on creating a virtual international management consultant company, Bergman founded NOVEXUS, LLC in 1999. The company provides a network of seasoned executives working with the latest technology to provide up-to-date information and guidance to its clients.

MISSION STATEMENT
NOVEXUS focuses on helping both start-ups and fast-growing companies expand their business through organizational growth, partnering, or geographic expansion.

The company’s target market is Information Technology, specifically the Identity Management sector, which encompasses biometrics and smart cards. NOVEXUS links a diversified network of management consultant companies from different regions and countries. Every customer is unique and every project is tailored to the customers' requirements.
